SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our company is based in Bay Area, California. All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours via USPS First Class and arrive in 3-7 days (FREE shipping within the continental United States. The continental US excludes HawaiiAlaska, and US territories.)

Insurance is optional, covers up to $100 insurance for a fee of $2.05. If your order is over $50, we recommend you to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance up to $100 and has a faster delivery service of 1-3 days.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Please contact us at support@whimsicalbags.com within 14 days for exchange or full refund. Before sending the item back, you need to obtain a Refund Authorization number (RA#) and include this number with your item. We will process your return and issue a return label for you to ship the item back.

If the return is due to defective reason, we will cover the shipping cost for your returned item and issue an exchange or full refund.

If the return is due to other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
